Today is the last day of week 1!!! You have already learned 13 basic strokes and today you are going to learn the final two.

We’ll take a look at one of the toughest strokes to master. You may find you need slightly more time to practice this one. That is totally normal! You will get better at this one over time.

You should congratulate yourself for showing up to every class this week. I commend you! You probably you had some hard moments this week but I hope you had fun as well. Remember not to be hard on yourself, practice makes progress and that's what this course is all about.
